Our new production site

Opened in 2010, it is located in Sarezzo, province of Brescia.
It is the result of a careful architectural planning that combines functionality and aesthetics, welcoming all the departments that since 1952 were located in our headquarters in Lumezzane, the town in the province of Brescia symbol of an industrial district. It became a world leader in the metal processing and thermo-hydraulic sector.

From design to production

From design, which can also be customized with advanced CAD systems, to the final production: IDROSANITARIA BONOMI is one of the few companies that manages internally each stage of the production cycle, from brass bars to finished products, creating an added value for our customers.

The whole cycle is controlled by an integrated computer system that monitors every stage of production.

Departments and processing units

The site is divided in departments and processing units: 

  • an advanced department for brass hot forging 
  • a production department with an innovative CNC transfer centre managed by anthropomorphic robots 
  • a production department for brass bars with an automatic multi-spindle lathe 
  • a department for assembly and testing 
  • a department for galvanic nickel plating to treat the product surface
